Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect selection by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Products (Full Refund Eligibility)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@veloxaonline.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

  • The product is deficient or not as described

If the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. In such cases, return instructions will be provided if required.


Return Process for Defective Items Only

To report a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and provide proof of purchase and relevant photos or details of the issue.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a product is defective, a refund will be issued once the issue is confirmed.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
However, refunds will only be issued if the product is defective or deficient. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refund Processing (Defective Items Only)

Once the defect or issue is confirmed, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
